Cozy brooklyn restaurant inspired by the Long Island home of the owner’s grandmother that the restaurant is named after. Art deco-meets-postwar modern decor that accents the original, beautifully distressed walls and copper patina ceiling of the building built in 1931. Outfitted with bespoke oak tables and banquette. The seating is an arrangement of vintage Thonet chairs and Jean Prouvé style stacking stools. The lighting features antique halophane pendants and flush mount lamps surrounding a stunning 1970’s Murano 6 tier glass chandelier at the center of the room.
